Terms & Conditions – Albion
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Albion’s website and all business transactions with Albion, an Indian-based jewellery manufacturing company (“Albion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging with Albion, you agree to these Terms.
“Client” means any business, distributor, brand, or entity purchasing goods or services from Albion. “Products” means all jewellery items, designs, or services offered by Albion.
Albion specializes in designing and manufacturing jewellery tailored to client requirements. All services are business-to-business (B2B) transactions.
• Orders are produced based on specifications agreed upon between Albion and the Client. • Changes after confirmation may result in additional costs and adjusted timelines.
• We strive for precision in dimensions, weight, and materials. • Minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our craft.
• All prices are quoted in USD or AED unless otherwise agreed. • Payments may require deposits and are due as per invoice terms. • Late payments may incur interest charges.
An order is considered confirmed upon written acceptance of the quotation and receipt of any required deposit.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production schedules or customs clearance. • Shipping terms follow Incoterms 2020, unless otherwise agreed. • Clients are responsible for import duties, taxes, and compliance with local regulations.
Clients must ensure that all shipments comply with destination country regulations, including trade restrictions and sanctions.
• All designs, molds, and manufacturing processes remain Albion’s property unless otherwise agreed. • Albion respects and protects client IP and works under confidentiality agreements.
All proprietary or confidential information shared between Albion and the Client shall remain confidential.
Albion warrants that products conform to agreed specifications. No other warranties, express or implied, are provided.
Albion shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Albion’s liability is limited to the value of the relevant purchase order.
• Disputes shall be resolved amicably where possible. • Failing resolution, disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to arbitration in Mumbai under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
