Estimated timelines will be provided during quotation. Delays may occur due to customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances.
Clients are responsible for: • Import permits • Duties and taxes • Compliance with destination regulations
All shipments include tracking information.
Notify us within 7 days of receiving goods for any discrepancies. We will assess and provide solutions promptly.
Due to custom manufacturing, returns are generally not accepted unless due to manufacturing defects. • Return requests must be submitted in writing. • Approved returns require items to be unused and in original packaging. • Refunds will be issued once goods are inspected.
