Albion Jewellery Manufacturing Private Limited

At Albion, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality, transparency, and reliability in every
partnership. This BusinessPolicy outlines the key terms and practices governing our
collaborations with brands, designers, and distributors worldwide.

Business Policy – Albion
All jewellery manufactured by Albion is crafted using genuine materials, including certified precious metals and natural gemstones, unless otherwise agreed with the client. Hallmarking and quality certifications are available upon request, and Albion complies with hallmarking requirements in destination markets where applicable. Diamonds and gemstones can be accompanied by certification from leading gemological laboratories such as GIA or IGI, depending on project specifications. We uphold ethical sourcing practices and ensure our supply chain is conflict-free and compliant with international regulations.
Albion warrants that all products will conform to agreed specifications and manufacturing standards. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover: • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care. • Natural wear and tear over time. For repairs outside warranty coverage: • Albion will provide an assessment and cost estimate. • Clients are responsible for shipping costs to and from our facility unless otherwise agreed.
The majority of Albion’s work is custom-made based on client designs or specifications. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of manufacturing defects. Albion operates under strict confidentiality agreements to protect client designs, intellectual property, and proprietary information. Exclusive designs remain the intellectual property of the client unless otherwise specified in writing.
Orders can be cancelled without charge only prior to production commencement. Once production has started, cancellation may incur costs associated with: • Materials already procured. • Labour and design work completed. Albion will provide a cost breakdown in case of cancellations after work has begun.
Albion operates on a B2B payment model. Standard payment terms: • A deposit is required upon order confirmation (percentage varies based on project size and materials). • Balance payment is due prior to shipment unless credit terms have been negotiated. Payments can be made via: • Bank transfer (SWIFT) • Letters of Credit (for approved partners) • Other methods as agreed in writing All prices are quoted in USD or AED unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in Albion’s invoices.
Albion ships globally, with delivery terms defined under agreed Incoterms (e.g. EXW, FOB, CIF). Shipping costs are typically borne by the client unless otherwise agreed. Shipments are fully insured in transit up to the point of delivery as specified by Incoterms. Albion provides tracking details for all shipments. Clients are responsible for: • Import duties and taxes in the destination country. • Ensuring compliance with all import regulations and documentation requirements.
Due to the bespoke nature of our manufacturing services, returns are generally not accepted unless products are defective or do not conform to agreed specifications. In case of defects: • Notify Albion in writing within 7 days of receipt. • Albion will assess the claim and propose corrective action, which may include repair, replacement, or refund, at Albion’s discretion. Returned items must be: • In original condition. • Accompanied by original packaging and documentation.
Albion can provide valuation reports or appraisals for jewellery pieces upon request. Fees for appraisal services may apply, depending on the scope and purpose (e.g. insurance, customs documentation).
Albion respects client confidentiality and data privacy. Personal and business data is collected and processed in compliance with: • EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) • UAE Federal Data Protection Law • KSA Personal Data Protection Law • Other applicable data protection regulations Albion will not disclose client information to third parties except as necessary to fulfill contractual obligations or comply with legal requirements.
